Design: You provide us your ideas, wants, and priorities. Then together, we create initials drawings including a 3D tour. This is a creative experience.
Planning: We estimate project costs, timeline and other logistics are explored. Compliance with zoning ordinances, a multitude of building codes, historic commissions, and homeowner associations (HOA) is addressed. If you are working with a builder, this is a good point to bring them into the process.
Drafting: Your designs are now transformed into functional construction drawings. All initial legal zoning and code parameters are taken care of. Your builder’s preferences and knowledge are incorporated into the construction set for production efficiency.
Permitting and Construction Consulting Services: For property owners building on their own (DIY), acting as the licensed builder, we offer consulting services to help you navigate the building process. This includes attainting permits and referral of trade contractors.
